Standard delivery charge only £20.00. Free delivery for all orders £ 200 +

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

When proceeding to check out you are able to select the delivery date you require . up to 5 days from today’s date. For additional request please use our email or sms service. We will reply quickly to your request. Usually, a signature is required from the person who receives your seafood delivery. As the seafood is extremely perishable please make sure you input the correct delivery details and issue special delivery instructions by inputting your requirements in the “Order notes” box during the check out process. Please also give us a reliable contact mobile number so that the driver can contact you. Please be aware, if you are not available to take delivery or have not left suitable instructions for the delivery driver or issued a contactable mobile number Fish-Man reserves the right to not refund the payment should non-delivery occur as a result.

AMENDING OR CANCELLING YOUR DELIVERY

We do not take payment from your credit or debit card until the day of dispatch. To amend the date of an existing delivery or to make a cancellation please contact us via phone, email, sms or facebook messenger. We will not be able to amend or cancel a delivery after 5 am on the day of dispatch.

Two payment methods

  1. Zettle secure card payment link can be sent to your nominated mobile phone number
  2. Bank transfer.
